About Stevenson & Co.

Who we are:about 01

Stevenson & Co. was started by Andrew & Marlene Stevenson in 1995. The original business plan was written by Justin Stevenson who would later join the company in 2005 as a full-time partner. From the very beginning, Stevenson & Co. has been focused on outstanding customer service. Many of our early customers were actual friends; and many new customers became good friends beyond our business relationship. Over the years, the company has grown as a family owned and operated business, and we continue to treat our employees and customers as extended members of our family. Employees and customers may come and go, but our door will always be open.

Our Mission:

At Stevenson & Co. we realize that most people don't have the time or inclination to keep up on the latest advances or trends in plumbing, heating and air conditioning systems. So we think of ourselves more as consultants or technical advisors, and we try our best to explain how your existing systems are working, what could be improved, and when the time comes, what your options are for replacement. We strive to balance our customer's desires for comfort & affordability, with ongoing environmental regulation and the push for ever higher energy efficiencies. Above all, we offer our customers peace of mind that their equipment is being expertly installed, serviced, and repaired properly. That is our mission and guarantee.

Community Service & Charity Work

At Stevenson & Co. we recognize the importance of giving back to the community in which we live. A stronger, healthier, and active community is to everyone's benefit. While we don't have a large budget for charities, we have found that many small acts of kindness can make a big difference. Such activities include:

  • Our annual Salvation Army "furnace service for food" drive. Each year we collect many containers of food from our great customers and donate it to the Salvation Army Food Bank. A big thanks to all our generous customers!
  • Vernon peewee hockey sponsorship. We sponsor a team each year to encourage young children to get out and play! An active childhood is healthy and organized sports are a great way to build confidence and teamwork! Great job to all our Stevenson & Co. teams!
  • Each year we donate our services to the Kalamalka Rotary club in support of their annual Dream Auction which raises money for local projects in our community and around the world.
  • Our President, Andrew Stevenson, generously volunteers his time with Community Futures which provides advice and funding to many local businesses seeking stability and growth. After all, strong businesses are the heart of every community by providing the jobs we need to grow and prosper. Thanks for your service Andrew!
